I offer a complimentary consultation Zoom session to potential clients so we can both determine if we are suited to this special partnership. If we seem to be a good fit, I ask for a three-month commitment to 45-minute virtual coaching sessions held via Zoom every two weeks (six total). The reason for this commitment is because sustainable change takes time and usually quite a bit of experimentation.

Prior to our first full session together, I will ask you to fill out a brief assessment of where you currently are in various areas of your health and where you would like to be.

Areas of health include more than nutrition, rest, and movement, but expand to purpose and fulfillment, physical environment, spirituality, and community. This assessment serves as a foundation for our work together, exploring all facets of well-being and how they are interconnected in your life. As I am currently building my practice, my rates have some flexibility. At this time, I will happily discuss what works for clients financially.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you provide at least 12 hours notice. I completely understand that sometimes emergencies happen. It’s all about communication.
